A new roguelike shooter is set to debut on consoles

Every shot is lethal on the way to the top in Death Elevator, a roguelike shooter coming to consoles on November 28.

The console release was announced via a YouTube trailer, which highlights the game’s mechanics, such as its bullet-time system.

In Death Elevator, as players find themselves in danger, they gain access to bullet time, which slows everything down and gives them a chance to react before dying and having to restart.

Another interesting mechanic that players will have to pay attention to is the random generation of weapons. There will also be unpredictable challenges on every floor.

Death Elevator was originally released on PC via Steam around this time last year and was generally well-received. The game will be ported to all modern consoles with this new release. The developer, Games From The Abyss, is also currently hard at work on their next game, The Lacerator.
