Jump Over The Age’s Citizen Sleeper series, which spans two games over the course of three years, have surpassed two million copies sold across both games. To celebrate, the team shared some stats.
On Steam, the studio shared the news, sharing stats such as in the original game, 6% of players joined the Fungal Network while 19% used mushrooms to make bootleg booze. In the sequel, a meager 1.5% of players finished the game on Dangerous difficulty, 29% adopted a stray cat, and 18% let Surya “turn their ship into a flying billboard.”

Now, it’s important to note that while Citizen Sleeper is successful, it seems the team isn’t jumping to make a third entry, instead, putting a focus on both the spin-off tabletop game, Spindlejack, and supporting this year’s Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector.
In our review of Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, we said: “Citizen Sleeper 2’s blend of strong writing with mechanical systems that provide meaningful consequences creates a phenomenal RPG. With an alluring world, a cast of likable characters, and text that creates better pictures than some of the best graphics I’ve seen, this is easily one of the finest RPGs that is out there.”
