Bubsy is back in Bubsy 4D, a new entry in the infamous series

On the heels of a Bubsy game collection developed by Limited Run Games, Atari has announced a brand-new entry to the infamous feline franchise, Bubsy 4D. This will be his first 3D outing since 1996’s Bubsy 3D.

The trailer looks surprisingly solid, with a healthy dose of poking fun at its past, after all, Bubsy 3D is among one of the infamous and worst games to many, many, many people. This new entry, though, looks like it could make for a solid time.

Bubsy 4D sees Bubsy, the orange bobcat that’s had a rocky time finding his footing in the gaming scene, having to steal The Golden Fleece from hyper-intelligent sheep that overthrew the Woolies with their BaaBots on the latter’s home turf.

Bubsy 4D has no release date as of yet, but you can wishlist it now.
