Capcom announces Monster Hunter Wilds in development for Nintendo Switch 2

Capcom has recently confirmed Monster Hunter Wilds is in development for the Nintendo Switch 2. The developers didn’t reveal the port’s current stages yet, which begs the question if the new port will implement cross-play support.

It was previously announced that Monster Hunter Wilds is receiving a massive expansion with the Ascendance update. It expands the base story with new areas, monsters, hunter actions, and Master Rank quests.

This could be a chance to welcome Nintendo Switch 2 players by releasing the Monster Hunted Wilds port with the implemented Ascendance expansion. Capcom plans to deliver more news about the upcoming Monster Hunter content closer to its official launch.
