Elden Ring DLC news is on the horizon

At long last, it appears that Elden Ring fans have a lot to smile about for next month, rumor has it. In fact, it’s been more than just rumors.

Popular Elden Ring Youtuber Ziostorm has been more than adamant about upcoming DLC news after witnessing a change on the SteamDB page on X, showcasing a new “application ID” with ties to the latest DLC.

Originally the DLC was announced in late February last year on FromSoftware’s official X page, which is when most fans currently suspect it to launch this year in the same following month.

The most recent official patch — per Bandai Namco — of the game (Version 1.10.1) has reportedly only been for its anti-cheat to support Steam OS. With no particular in-game changes, this update would have fallen flat for most Elden Ring players desperate for new content after the game’s initial release and Colosseum update, both of which took place back in 2022.

Other than that, official news of the DLC directly from FromSoftware socials has been pretty silent lately. Most expect this to change with the recent buzz of speculation trending within the community, but only time will tell on what the future has to offer for this grand, established open world title.

Until then, continue to stay vigilant, Tarnished.
