Ubisoft is planning to share more info about the next Assassin’s Creed game, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, here soon. Its controversial reveal happened earlier this month.
The official Assassin’s Creed X revealed that it’s “scratched off some of your most wanted requests” with this game, but it’s not yet, teasing some more details “soon.” Odds are, this is teasing the rumored gameplay slated to happen during the Ubisoft Forward slated for June 10. It’s hard to say if this accurate, though, as previous reports — which line up perfectly with its release date, too — earmarked a July event being the gameplay reveal, though, it’s possible things changed internally.

It’s hard to say what feature the game is planning on adding, many are wondering if it’s talking about multiplayer in some fashion, with the last entry to offer such a feature being 2014’s Assassin’s Creed Unity through its co-op mode. Nevertheless, for as controversial as the game is turning into, thanks in large part to one of its two protagonists, its expensive Ultimate Edition, and internet connection requirement to install, we can’t deny that this game has a lot of potential of being an interesting Assassin’s Creed experience.
We know Assassin’s Creed Shadows launches in November, specifically on November 15. In similar Assassin’s Creed news, we also heard last month of what we assume is the following game to get the spotlight after Shadows, which sounds a bit more supernatural — Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe and how it will be more linear than most modern AC games.
