Bandai Namco brought a huge surprise for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero with planned fresh updates adding new stages, super attacks, and costumes. The developers are even widening the cast with new fighters like Super Saiyan Bardock, Demon King Piccolo, Super 17, Zangya, Mercenary Tao, and more.
The trailer also confirms the newest 100-mission mode, a mode with various objectives and teams with different requirements and rules. Jun Furutani, producer of Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, has confirmed the newest mode is currently available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. The official roadmap showcases the other content being scheduled later in 2026, like the free survival mode update in the upcoming Spring. Its schedule includes support for every platform, including continued support for the Nintendo Switch consoles.
