New entry to The Crew series is in the pipeline

Following 2023’s The Crew Motorfest, Ubisoft looks to be working on a new entry to The Crew series. This is despite The Crew 2 still getting post-launch support with an alleged DLC in development.

Insider Tom Henderson shares on Twitter that the series will get a new entry, but doesn’t share much more than that. Frankly, we kinda doubt there’s much more to it; The Crew Motorfest was a success, so why not continue on?

Of course, the series is a point of contention for some, as The Crew’s delisting caused a bit of an uproar with its audience and those in favor of games preservation. Now, its sequel, The Crew 2, is getting an offline mode.

Obviously, this is a leak, and as such, we don’t have any sort of confirmed date, but it’ll probably be a while.
