New Reanimal demo for Nintendo Switch 2 alongside new friend pass

Tarsier Studios has officially released the Reanimal demo for the Nintendo Switch 2. It allows anyone to play through the early, unnerving sections on the first island. Reanimal is currently available for pre-order on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.

The game demo is playable for single or co-op players, which is why the partnered friend can download the friend pass to play with the owner of the base game. More details will be revealed closer to its official launch.

The game will launch in its standard edition and digital deluxe edition, which provides the base game, the season pass of three DLC chapters, and a pre-order bonus of Foxhead and Muttonhead Masks. The game also launches with the limited Collector’s edition, which includes the standard physical base game, season pass with preorder bonus, exclusive collector’s box, keychain, artbook, stickers, two separate PVC statues of Pig and Bucket, and a map poster.

Reanimal launches on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 on February 13, 2026.
