PlayStation Plus getting two new releases on day one in April

Two anticipated games have been confirmed to be available on PlayStation Plus on launch day. Tales of Kenzera: Zau and Dave the Diver.

Both Tales of Kenzera: Zau and Dave the Diver were confirmed via posts on the PlayStation Blog to be joining PlayStation Plus at launch. Tales of Kenzera: Zau is a brand new release, while Dave the Diver is new to PlayStation after a successful launch on the Steam and the Switch. 

Tales of Kenzera: Zau is a story-driven action game that sees the titular character Zau embark on an adventure to bring his baba, his father, back to life. Throughout his journey, Zau will gain access to dazzling and powerful abilities. These are on top of formidable combos that players can unlock by spending experience points. A wonderful side-scrolling adventure awaits to brighten up the end of April with this exciting release. Tales of Kenzera: Zau will be available on April 23 for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members. 

Dave the Diver is a unique hybrid of a game all about Dave. What makes the game unique is how deep-sea exploration is combined with managing a sushi restaurant in between dives. Players can experience various minigames, from a rhythm game to seahorse racing. Let’s not forget the exciting DLC coming to the game in May with a Godzilla collaboration. Chill out and enjoy the experience of Dave the Diver on April 16. Dave the Diver will be available to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers.

With new games coming to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on top of the normal Plus games, the catalog looks to be livening up. Hopefully, this will excite players who have felt let down by the recent offerings of PlayStation Plus.
