Arc System Works has sent out invites for the closed beta test of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. It’s an upcoming 4v4 fighting game featuring familiar Marvel icons like Doctor Doom, Captain America, Iron Man, Storm, Star-Lord, and Ms. Marvel.ย

The developer posted beta details on Twitter involving chosen participants, especially streamers. Anyone can stream the game freely during its four available sessions from September 5 to September 7 PDT. Online player lobbies are only open after 30 minutes of CPU battles in each separate session. The dev will provide any updates to the game’s PlayStation Terms during the active beta.ย

The closed beta is available exclusively on PS5, introducing the game and its online features. The game won’t just include the Startup Battle introduction, but also online 64-player lobbies. Anyone can dress themselves as chibi Marvel avatars to challenge or spectate online battles in Marvel’s New York City stage.

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls does not have a release date at this time.
