Many people might feel jealous off Zendaya’s relationship with Tom Holland. Not only is he athletic, charming, and handsome but the dude seems like a genuinely decent guy.
Tom Holland refuses to walk on the red carpet together with his Spider-Man co-star and now girlfriend Zendaya during her movie premieres, according to Men’s Health. The Peter Parker actor stated his reason for doing so is because it’s supposed to be Zendaya’s moment and not his. If they attend together, it’ll be about them instead.
Zendaya and Holland announced their relationship some time in 2021 and the British actor has never elaborated anything about his private life with his girlfriend. He did however, briefly mention what his future as an actor might look like once he starts having a family.
The 28-year-old actor stated, “When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore” and that he’ll just prioritize playing golf and being a father instead and that he’ll “disappear off the face of the earth.”
According to The Independent, when Holland appeared on the Dish podcast last month, the actor joked about why producers love to cast both him and Zendaya in films together exclaiming that “Studios love it: One hotel room.” He then stated, “Separate drivers. We’re not crazy.”
The Spider-Man actor then shared what he loved most about working alongside Zendaya, stating it’s the “best thing that’s ever happened” to him. Holland explained:
“It’s just that perfect thing when you’re on set and a director will give you a note that maybe you don’t agree with, or I know that she doesn’t particularly like, and it’s just that, like, familiar glance at each other of like, can’t wait to talk about that later.”
Holland and Zendaya will be featured together in Nolan’s upcoming The Odyssey film, releasing in July 17, 2026. They’ll also once again star in the fourth Spider-Man movie which will debut on July 24, 2026, just a week after The Odyssey releases in theaters.
Both Zendaya and Holland have acted for all the previous three live-action Spider-Man movies together. It’s pretty clear that in 2025, the celebrity couple will work together again on set for the two aforementioned films.
