FaZe Clan suddenly closes down its official services

in News
Brandon Williamsby Brandon Williams
January 1, 2026

FaZe Clan has undergone significant changes since 2010 through new business developments. It wasn’t until recently that the company was forced to close its services. Several clan members, like Faze Apex and FaZe Rugs, even left around the company’s official final statement, which expressed support for its former clan members.

While the general company is shutting down, FaZe eSports will continue to run as normal. It always operated as a separate company, letting its FaZe eSports members create an ideal representation of the company in tournaments and content creation. It promises to continue growing with content and 1st place trophies in 2026 for its community.

FaZe Esports is here to stay.

We remain our own separate operation, and our focus stays the same – bringing home trophies, building world class rosters, and putting on a show for the best fans in esports.

We can't wait to get back on stage and into the server in 2026. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/xSrEpeaHNc
