The developers are looking to expand their horizons with new IPs while supporting established franchises with new entries and rereleases. Some legacy franchises are even preparing their return with a fresher coat of paint.
The showcase revealed the studio’s priority to grow accessibility for the general audience through multiplatform releases. Some games even find their way between gaming platforms with certain player conveniences to keep saved progression and maintain player retention.

Pufflings: Journey Through The Fantasy World
Pufflings: Journey Through The Fantasy World is a brand new puzzle game that introduces pufflings, creatures mixed with features of mythical and standard animals. Its main objective involves fusing certain pufflings together to receive a high score, similar to the Suika game. Anyone can strategize with the unique creatures once the game launches for Android and iOS in winter 2026.
The new IP will also expand from gaming towards more physical entertainment. The developers wish to grow the franchise with unique merchandise and short animated films to expand the lore with the uniquely shaped beings.

Yo-Kai Watch Series: The Great Detective Nekomata
Yo-Kai Watch Wibble Wobble is expanding with a new sequel project called Yo-Kai Watch Series: The Great Detective Nekomata. Its story takes place in late Meiji-era Japan, where Novelist Soseki is solving the town’s multiple mysteries with her cat yokai, Nekomata no Suke.
It currently doesn’t have a release date, though the developers created a teaser website. It will provide multiple updates and details relating to the sequel project, such as Nekomata no Suke’s backstory.

Snack World Reloaded
Snack World Reloaded is an action RPG remake for Snack World: The Dungeon Crawl – Gold. The cartoony dungeon-crawling adventure returns with brand new graphics and updated controls for a satisfying fight against the evil forces. Up to four players can band together to hunt strong bosses with various equipment and abilities, including snacks.
It’s currently in development for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam, revealing no official release date. The developers will provide more details about the game later, including the possibility for crossplay.

Physical release for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is rereleasing a physical Nintendo Switch 2 version in Japan. The game is fully implemented into the game cartridge, with access to updates up to the Rising Bonds DLC.
The physical release isn’t just for newcomers, but veteran players as well, with its cross-save feature, continuing the latest saved progression from other consoles. It’s currently available for pre-order with the chance to earn a unique B3 Tapestry when pre-ordering it from the Level-5 online store.

Upcoming release for Inazuma Eleven Cross
Level-5 is teaming up with Aiming Inc to bring Inazuma Eleven to mobile devices in Japan with Inazuma Eleven Cross. It keeps the series’s team management and anime-style special moves while implementing a simpler, strategy-based gameplay.
Its roster of characters will expand, including both familiar and new athletes to the franchise. Yo Shiosawa is the new protagonist with a unique narrative about finding his lost brother in the Inazuma National, forcing him to build the right soccer squad to solve the mystery. Characters are earned by progressing the main story or participating in limited-time events.
It previously held a beta that helped improve the game’s structure and gameplay based on multiple fan feedback. The developers are very open to fans’ responses to properly support the game’s future. Preregistration is open for its upcoming release as a Japanese exclusive in June 2026.

Updated development of Inazuma Eleven RE
Inazuma Eleven RE is a faithful remake of what started the action RPG competition for Inazuma Eleven. It redesigns the game with fresher graphics while remaining faithful to its source material, especially the anime-style specials. It was originally designed to release for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Steam, but its new announcement has dropped any mention of PlayStation 4.
Its recent trailer has updated its release by adding the Nintendo Switch 2, making it more tailored for the latest console hardware. It’s still currently in development with its target launch in 2026, implying new updates to appear publicly soon.

Holy Horror Mansion published a trailer revealing its 3D adventure gameplay. It showcases the exploration within the town by the main character, Ten Lordland. He partners with his reliable camera and exuberant feline creature to hunt for ghosts camouflaging in the peaceful town.

Decapolice is an upcoming crime suspense RPG that has been facing multiple delays until this year. While its release window hasn’t changed, its development has shifted its focus to gaming platforms.
It was previously announced to launch on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam. Its recent announcement has updated the website to exclude PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, making the game solely launch on next-gen hardware.

Fantasy Life I: The Girl Who Steals Time is surprisingly preparing its entrance into the mobile market. Android and iOS users can enjoy the latest Fantasy Life title with every DLC and update from its current version.
While the mobile version is more suitable for newcomers, veteran players can also enjoy their established playthroughs with the cross-save feature. It’s preparing to release for mobile devices in summer 2026. Its community will continue to thrive for its future, especially with its integrated crossplay system.

Gaming platforms for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam
A new trailer finally reveals the new details about the detective’s latest adventure in Professor Layton and the New World of Steam. It takes place one year after Professor Layton and the Unwound Future in America’s town of invention, known as Steam Bison. It’s plagued with many mysterious cases and crimes for the professor to solve, such as kidnappings by criminals and haunting by a phantom gunman.
The game will introduce several new features to make the narrative and puzzle-solving more immersive, such as 3D animated cutscenes, updated movement, World Map, Town growth management, Coin Radar, mouse controls, and touch screen inputs. The professor can also solve different mysteries with new companion characters and inventions.
The game is in development for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, along with its newly added PlayStation 5 and Steam versions. It will release globally in 2026, preparing for more updates to the community soon.
