Bandai Namco reveals the Naruto Card Game for a new release next year

The Naruto franchise is diving into competitive TCG with the newly announced Naruto Card Game. It’s a new project by Bandai Namco that’s scheduled for worldwide release in 2027.

To celebrate the new announcement, Masashi Kishimoto, the Naruto manga artist, created a new artwork featuring Naruto and Sasuke. He presented a small message to the community, wishing the best for the upcoming Naruto Card Game.

Anyone curious to see the game firsthand can do so during its first appearance at Gen Con 2026. The event will occur in the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN, on July 30, 2026, through August 2, 2026. The Naruto Card Game will present tutorial sessions for any curious fan to join for free. It will also provide new participation gifts for tutorial session attendees:
