Make a movie with cards in this new wacky Early Access game

Get ready to direct your own movies in the new wacky collectible card game on Steam. ScreenPlay CCG, a comedy-driven card game, is now available on Steam in Early Access, and it’s free to play.

The developer of ScreenPlay CCG, Comico Games announced the release into Early Access earlier this month via it’s YouTube channel. To celebrate the launch, developer Comico Games is offering a code to gain access to some free booster packs. Enter the code READYSETACTION to claim your packs, and keep an eye out for more free codes during the Early Access period.

Of course, along with free packs, there are also premium packs, raising concerns about the game’s potential “pay-to-win” aspects. Similar to other games in the genre like Hearthstone, ScreenPlay CCG may face controversy over this issue.

ScreenPlay CCG aims to shake up the genre with its blend of comedy and unique features. Its main draw is simulating turns — players lay out their plans, and when both are ready, the scene plays out. Strategic thinking takes precedence instead of relying on luck, as players must anticipate their opponent’s moves.

With a bright start and a promise of constant updates every three months, ScreenPlay looks to be off to a great start. Play it now for free on Steam.
