Upcoming December 2023 Switch games to get hyped about

December is underway, and just like every month, we have stuff to look forward to, even on the Nintendo Switch. While we’ve seen fit to cap the year off with must-play games on the hardware, that doesn’t the console is through with third-party releases, some of which deserve some attention.

3. Skater XL

When younger, we’re pretty sure everyone wanted to be a skater, but plenty of us just simply didn’t have the drive to properly learn how to skate or the willingness to put our body in harm’s way for the learning experience sake, that’s where Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater games came into view, but with the game lineup running dry, what is there to do?

Skater XL is effectively a modern-day Tony Hawk skater that scratches that itch that Activision is only just now realizing it’s left in the dust. Costing a palatable $39.99, Skater XL offers the same immersive skating experience without having to pull out older hardware or deal with a remake of a beloved franchise.
