As we get ever closer to the pre-alpha for Vindictus: Defying Fate, more details are emerging. With the newest round of details came a new trailer, which highlighted Lann, a newly revealed character.

Lann joins Fiona, who was revealed during the first trailer for the game. This trailer showed off the combat and fast pacing of the new game in the Vindictus series, which should get fans even more excited about the upcoming pre-alpha. With this trailer also came a press release that detailed Fiona a little more. Fiona wields a sword and shield and is a better defensive character. With her unique skill, Fiona has the ability to block all incoming damage, even unblockable attacks, for a limited time.

Lann is a dual-sword-wielding powerhouse. He has fast movements and impressive combos, which will allow him to focus enemies down and evade attacks. Lann also possesses a unique skill that will allow him to rush past enemies and deal a devastatingly strong attack. Lann is a returning character from 2010’s Vindictus and was a fan favorite within that title. In this title, he looks to be the pick for players that prefer a fast-paced, aggressive playstyle.

Lann is just one of many interesting characters that will be featured in Vindictus: Defying Fate. The pre-alpha for Defying Fate will be held starting Wednesday, March 13 at 5 PM PST until Monday, March 18 at 12:00 PST.
