Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game delayed to add new content

Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game was previously launching on July 2, 2026, until a recent announcement. To make a smoother gaming experience, the developers are pushing the full game release to July 23, 2026 for extra polishing, along with unplanned new content.

In exchange, anyone who preorders the game can access the new closed beta test available between July 2, 2026, and July 5, 2026. Preorders will open soon for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam before the closed beta test goes online with integrated crossplay support.

The developers are currently giving spotlight showcases for each character before the full game release. They already presented the movesets for Toph, Azula, Kyoshi, and the main non-bending man, Sokka. More showcases for the character roster will be revealed publicly before the game’s official launch.
