Bethesda exec shares his Game of the Year winner

We’d hedge our bets everyone in the gaming space knows Todd Howard, and now he’s come forward with his pick for Game of the Year. Just like people know him, we also assume everyone can guess his pick.

Per Eurogamer, Howard has named Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 as his GOTY. He also notes that Death Stranding 2 and Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 are also high up there.

“Expedition 33 is really unique and amazing […] I think Expedition 33 is a really unique piece of art in so many ways.”

Considering the game’s huge success as the debut RPG of Sandfall Interactive as well as a GOTY nominee at The Game Awards (as well as The Smash Jump Awards, too), it should come as no surprise.
