Death Stranding 2: On The Beach was the latest PS5 exclusive developed by Kojima Productions in June 2025. The PS5 was currently the main platform for Death Stranding fans to play the entire series until the most recent ESRB update.
It’s been reported by Wario64 that ESRB has rated Death Stranding 2: On The Beach for the PC platform. Steam already has Death Stranding and Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, so its sequel joining the platform is sensible for supporting the fanbase. More details about its specs and official release date may be revealed soon in the future.
Kojima Productions is also still celebrating the launch of the massive game with the Death Stranding 2 Japan Popup Tour. It’s been across six cities in Japan for fans to socialize, though the upcoming venue in 1-9-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, will be the final event for the game’s celebration.
The public can enter the final venue for free to view two special exhibition displays: DEATH STRANDING SERIES EXHIBITION with Concept Art, Original Illustrations, and Prototypes that includes exclusive Yoji Shinkawa’s work and Ludens Built with LEGO Bricks Exhibition to display Luden in the finest LEGO bricks. Parco Games will host the event from December 18, 2025, to December 23, 2025, at Daimaru Tokyo Store on the 11th Floor Event Hall.
