Done flipping houses? Flip a restaurant in new DLC for House Flipper

A table for two or a table for 20, it’s up to you to design your restaurant in this new DLC for House Flipper.

The Dine Out DLC was previously announced via a roadmap for House Flipper, but developer Frozen Way has revealed even more details in a new trailer uploaded to YouTube. A release date and gameplay concepts for the latest content was shown. Dine Out DLC will be available on November 26, just before the holidays.

The DLC will give players access to brand-new quests centered around renovating restaurants. This will include many different types of restaurants, like sushi bars and cafes. New furniture and decor will be introduced for players to enhance the renovations they must undertake.

Players will also be able to purchase buildings to renovate for themselves or, as a first in House Flipper’s history, lease them out to interested parties. Of course, if players do renovate for themselves, they will want to advertise, and with this new DLC, they will be able to do just that. They will be able to do so with custom normal signs and even neon signs.

That’s not all either, as the DLC will introduce a brand new furniture placement system along with tablecloths, giving players even more control of how they decorate spaces.

House Flipper’s Dine Out DLC will be available on November 26 for PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S for an undisclosed price.
