Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition revealed for Nintendo Switch 2

The Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition makes a surprise appearance for Nintendo Switch 2 through Amazon. It’s revealed as a Game-Key Card that’s estimated to take around 75 GB at launch. Amazon scheduled its release on December 31, 2026, as a placeholder until FromSoftware confirms the official date.

Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition is priced at $79.99 USD, housing not just the base game and Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, but also new content. It will provide the most packed experience for Nintendo Switch 2 while introducing new classes, gear, skills, and mount customization, including some unique Spectral Steed customization.

The extra new content in Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition will break out from the Nintendo Switch 2 version to other gaming platforms as a DLC expansion. FromSoftware will update about its official release close to its intended schedule, including a new physical release for other gaming platforms like PlayStation 5.
