Gungho celebrates the Ninjala sequel announcement with limited-time events

Gungho recently announced Ninjala 2: The Uncharted Planet, the first full Ninjala game. It’s an open-world adventure game that pits a Ninja protagonist on an enclosed planet after breaking a forbidden seal, forcing him to investigate for an exit. To celebrate the announcement, the developers are running several free campaigns for a limited time.

The first special event is for the Ninjala anime streaming through YouTube. The first 63 episodes of Ninjala will be free to watch on YouTube, giving enough lore for newcomers to grasp the situation for the upcoming game, which is part one of the two-part saga. The first twelve episodes will remain free through YouTube until July 2, 2026.

The next campaign runs within the free-to-play Ninjala game, which rewards 1000 Jala for free. Anyone who logs in to the game during the active campaign can receive the gift, along with extra login bonuses. It will stay active until July 8, 2026, at 7 pm PST.

Anyone curious about the Ninjala sequel can try the game during the Anime Expo 2026. The developers will allow anyone to try the distinct demo up to 20 minutes before gifting an inflatable IPPON Katana. Their booths will have other activities to engage with the community as the Anime Expo 2026 runs in Los Angeles, California, on July 2-5, 2026. Gungho will continue to provide more news for its new Ninjala sequel closer to its official launch.
