New Remnant 2 DLC is releasing very soon

The next DLC for hit soulslike Remnant 2 has been unveiled, titled The Forgotten Kingdom, and it is coming soon. This DLC will be released April 23.

With The Forgotten Kingdom being announced and accompanied by a video on YouTube, there is a lot of information to unpack. Thankfully, developer Gunfire Games also provided a press release detailing some of what we can expect when diving into the DLC.

First and foremost, the DLC will allow players to dive deeper into the biome of Yaesha. Governed by the stone spirit Lydusa and guarded by her living stone constructs, players must unravel the mystery of a lost tribe.

A new archetype will be added to The Forgotten Kingdom to aid players in their attempts to survive. “The Invoker” will have a more in-depth reveal trailer later this week, but it can harness the mystical powers of the jungle. Along with this new power come weapons, items, and modifications.

It’s not just the players that will be outfitted with new equipment; the DLC will also feature new bosses and other enemy types. Players will have to fight back against the stone constructs.

The Forgotten Kingdom is the second DLC to release for Remnant 2, following The Awakened King DLC, and the game will feature one more DLC a little later this year. A pack of all the DLCs can already be purchased for $24.99.

Between unraveling the mysteries of the Yaesha’s lost tribe and fighting against the many stone constructs, players will be kept quite busy when this DLC releases.
