New Stellar Blade PC port surpasses 100K concurrent players

Shift Up’s Stellar Blade has surpassed over 100,000 concurrent players on Steam, marking the second PlayStation published game to do so.

As VGC shares, the single player action adventure only trails behind Arrowhead Game Studio’s Helldivers 2, which makes sense as not only is it an established series, but also one that is ongoing with its plans laid on the table. At any rate, AHS’ live service stands at 458,709 as its all-time peak.

Stellar Blade’s PC port introduces a great deal of quality-of-life improvements, such as higher resolutions, DLSS and FSR support, ultrawide support, and more. Meanwhile, not long ago, Shift Up confirmed plans of a sequel to Stellar Blade set to be released anywhere from now to 2027, more likely the latter or even beyond that if things don’t go as planned.
