Palworld and Terraria collide next year in new collaboration

Pocketpair has joined forces with Terraria developer, Re-Logic, to do something. At this time, it’s unclear what exactly the collaboration will entail.

Pocketpair announced on the official Palworld Twitter that the two developers have joined forces, but have remained tight-lipped about what to expect. This marks the survival base management sim’s first collaboration.

We aren’t sure if this means Terraria is going to get some of the Pals to roam the 2D landscape or perhaps some of the Terraria creatures will lurk around the 3D world of Palworld, but we’re sure whatever is done will be a solid experience for players on both fronts.

Fairly recently, Palworld released to PlayStation 5, though, Japanese players saw it delayed until October. It’s also heading to mobile devices with South Korean studio Krafton at the helm.

Smash Jump’s Julian Barber said even in its Early Access state, it “far exceeded the expectations” he had. He also said: “The exploration can feel challenging but fair, and the rewarding feeling you get from leveling up your base or catching a Pal with an extremely low catch rate is amazing.”
