Indie game developer, Ticking Clock Games, has unveiled its debut project, a solo spacefaring adventure dubbed Void Sails. What’s more, this adventure RPG is right around the corner, with a Steam Next Fest demo poised to release next month.

Per a press release, there’s exploration of mysterious worlds, duking it out with adversaries, a multitude of options that will affect your ending, of which there are multiple. The game itself follows the player as they sail the cosmos in search for their missing father.

The game itself lets you control flying ships, which you can upgrade, as well as use the cannons to fend off unwanted company. There also seems to be a wider story as “strange murmurs” come from the “gaps between realities.” Basically, there seems to be a hint of eldritch horrors.

Void Sails is heading to Steam Next Fest next month, but it will also release in full on May 1, 2025. You can wishlist it on Steam now.
