Sega announces the official full launch of Sonic Rumble in 2025

After some early testing, Sonic Rumble will launch to the public in November 2025 on Steam, iOS, and Android devices. It’s the next Sonic title that will host up to 32 rumblers in the ultimate arcade royale through obstacle courses, boss battles, and more.

Sega revealed the game’s drastic improvements from its earlier beta tests based on player feedback. The developers provided several changes for the most ideal in-game experience, including three major fixes: expanding competitive engagement through abilities and Crews, improving UI for quicker playtime, and making rewards more satisfying for longer playtime. There are even new stages, game modes, and in-game events for more diverse experiences.

Pre-registration for the game is currently open. More official support, like new costumes, emotes, and more, is planned for the game’s future roadmap.
