Square Enix confirms special surprise through its recent stream guidelines

in News

Square Enix has recently launched Dragon Quest I & II HD-2D Remake to both play and stream on available platforms. The company also posted the official guidelines for posting videos, live streams, and images of the HD-2D version of “Dragon Quest I & II,” which confirms one of the game’s hidden surprises.

One of the rules prohibits any streamed videos or photos of the scene after the second credits in Dragon Quest II until November 29, 2025. Anyone who doesn’t follow any of Square Enix’s posted guidelines will face severe penalties, which include permanent suspension from the game. The company is also given the right to change the rules at any time when necessary.
