Can you survive until dawn? Luckily, the crew of the upcoming movie was able to, as filming has wrapped.

The director, David F. Sandberg, announced on Instagram that filming is done for the new movie based on the hit game.

Hollywood Reporter previously revealed the main cast for the movie, with one notable name for fans of the video game Peter Stormare. The other cast members are Maia Mitchell, Belmont Cameli, Ella Rubin, Michael Cimino, Odessa A’zion, and Ji-young Yoo.

Peter Stormare provided the iconic voice of the therapist in the video game, and it looks like he will play the same role in the movie.

Until Dawn, the movie doesn’t have a release date yet, but there is a good chance it may be released in 2025. A remake of the video game was recently released and added new details that may be included in the movie, like the expanded ending that teases a sequel.
