While we already knew The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender would appear on Paramount Plus, we also knew it would hit theaters, as well, but it seems Paramount has changed its tune as the filmmaker’s ditched its theatrical plans. Naturally, we’ll also see Avatar: Seven Havens coming to the service, too.
Slated for a late 2026 release, The Legend of Aang seeks to learn an ancient power that could keep his culture alive, but some want it for the wrong reasons. Meanwhile, Seven Havens follows an Earthbender finds herself the new Avatar following Korra, but the world, rocked by a “devastating cataclysm,” is not keen on the return of the Avatar. This leads to her and her twin embarking on a quest to save the Seven Havens before the eventual collapse of the last strongholds while hunted by both human and spirit adversaries.
The Legend of Aang: The Last Airbender sets sights on releasing on October 9, 2026. Seven Havens will launch alongside the film.
