NIS America recently announced a free demo for its upcoming action game, Disgaea Mayhem. It’s a Disgaea spin-off that combines several features from the mainline RPG series with the Dynasty Warriors gameplay formula.
The demo hosts some introductory content that’s confirmed through its trailer. It will provide three stages to play as N.A., the main mercenary who’s hunting for the Grand Pristine Flan. He can wield one of seven unique weapon types, shifting his fighting style based on his preference. Just like previous Disgaea games, he can use different mechanics to cause destructive damage, including magichange, reincarnation, and more.
Disgaea Mayhem will launch for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Steam on July 23, 2026. Along with the digital format, it will release physically with Deluxe and Limited Editions.
