With a new content update, it seems like a wonderful time to check out My Time at Sandrock on the Nintendo Switch. Enjoy vast fixes and new content, all for free.
There is something for everyone in this new major update, free of charge. For all of the builders, there are two new industrial choices. First is a factory, which brings the convenience of managing all of your machinery in one place. There is also a new greenhouse, which will allow you to harvest and manage all of your plants in one central location. To top it all off, there will be a new tool that will inform you of how many more items can be placed within the workshop.
For the romantics, there are dozens of new romance side quests for a handful of characters and new preferences for gifts. When you find someone to settle down with now, you have the ability to have a child, go on adventures together, and do day-to-day tasks together.
Get ready to explore, as there is a new dungeon to dive into. The “Nothern Starship Hazardous Ruins” is set to challenge all of the skills you have amassed throughout the game while also offering up valuable resources, too. Don’t forget to go shopping, with a new wardrobe function — save your favorite outfits for the right occasion.
Along with all of the exciting new content comes a massive upgrade in performance. With this update, players can enjoy a 70โ80% reduction in stuttering frames and, even more impressively, a 90% reduction in the level of detail pop-in. With over 300 fixes introduced and new content, developer Pathea has proven a commitment to improving the performance and enjoyability of all players.
This news comes from a press release by Pathea, and you can expect more news, future updates, and work on performance on the official My Time at Sandrock subreddit.
If you haven’t tried My Time at Sandrock on the Switch, celebrate the new update, as the game will be 20% off on the eShop until January 31.
