A recent Nintendo Direct showcased a new expansion pass for Pokémon Pokopia. It will receive new batches of content that open up more exploration and chances to meet new Pokémon, including a Manaphy.
Its trailer featured its first wave of new content taking place in the water. A free update will allow the creative Ditto to swim in the water with the dive move for collecting resources and developing new towns for underwater Pokémon. With Expansion Pass Part 1, Ditto can explore Bubbly Basin, a new town to find new items, cosmetics, and Pokémon.
The Expansion Pass will release the Bubbly Basin part in August 2026, along with the free update. Part 2 is confirmed to bring new features in late 2026, before Part 3 appears with a new town in 2027.
