PlayStation exclusive looks to be crossing the bridge to Xbox

What an exciting time to be a gamer — former console exclusives seem to be releasing on new consoles all of the time, and now is no different. Kena: Bridge of Spirits looks to be releasing for the Xbox Series X|S.

As noticed by the team over at Video Game Chronicles, Kena: Bridge of Spirits was recently classified by the US Entertainment Software Ratings Board. The game was originally exclusive to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via the Epic Games Store. Then, Kena made the jump to Steam in 2022 for the game’s anniversary, and now the title seems poised for release on Xbox. With the dedication that developer Ember Lab has displayed, there’s hope for an eventual release on the Nintendo Switch as well.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits puts players in the role of a blossoming spirit guide. While in search of a sacred mountain shrine, Kena finds a once-forgotten village and the spirits that reside there. Team up with the spirits Kena saves to engage in fast-paced combat and take down the corrupt spirits that plague Kena at every turn.

Sitting at a 9/10 rating on Steam, Kena: Bridge of Spirits looks to be a great addition to the Xbox lineup. However, don’t be afraid to consult a guide, as a lot of players claim the game doesn’t explain mechanics as well as it should.
