Season 4 update delayed for Guilty Gear Strive Nintendo Switch Edition

Arc System Works has adjusted its schedule for updating Guilty Gear Strive Nintendo Switch Edition to its latest version. The update was previously aimed for a November release, though it’s been delayed to December 18, 2025.

The developer confirmed that the new major update will require more time to fix any issues during its testing phase for a polished, ideal experience. The new update will provide the latest content, including the season pass 4 characters, additional soundtrack, online ranked mode, and more.

[Update Notice]
The update for Guilty Gear -Strive- Nintendo Switch Edition adding DLC characters and implementing Ranked Match is scheduled to be released on December 18, 2025.

We have changed the release timing from the original schedule due to additional work required duringโ€ฆ
