Have you missed out on the ultimate quacking survival experience? DUCKSIDE is hosting one more open beta before its official launch, starting September 12.
After two successful previous betas, the upcoming PvPvE survival shooter is giving prospective players one last chance to try the game for free. This new beta introduces exciting features, including night vision goggles to help sneaky ducks conduct missions under the cover of darkness. Check out the trailer that announced the new beta on tinyBuild Games‘ YouTube.
Other new features debuting in the beta include traps to protect your nest while you’re away. These traps include land mines and shotguns. Why would you need to protect your nest? Well, fire axes are also being introduced, making chopping wood much easier.
Crafting is getting a rework with this update. Resources on Duck Island will be increased, leading to even more mayhem. Players who prefer not to stay by the mixing station can now set it to work automatically while they’re out on missions.
These are just a few of the exciting changes shared, but if this test is anything like the first one, players should be on high alert towards the end. During the second beta, a meteor crashed into the island, causing carnage and devastation that wiped out many nests.
