Mafia: Definitive Edition coming to Game Pass in August

Microsoft announced an exciting addition to its Game Pass subscription service with the re-made Mafia: Definitive Edition. Remastered in 2020 originally for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The game is a remake of the Mafia game back from 2002.

The addition has been confirmed by Xbox’s official channels. Mafia: Definitive Edition centers its narrative around Tommy Angelo following a fateful run-in with the Italian Mafia. Players will experience doing jobs for Don Salieri and what it’s like to try to gain respect in the criminal underworld.

The game was developed by Hangar 13, a studio that is part of 2K, a Take-Two Interactive publishing label. Hangar 13, a developer based out of California, has taken point on developing for the Mafia franchise for a while now.

Players interested in playing the Mafia: Definitive Edition, be on the lookout for the Game Pass release on August 13.
