Sonic Rumble previously held a crossover with Sonic the Hedgehog 3 to feature the movie interpretation of Sonic’s dark rival and Doom’s powers. Its newest event continues the villainous theme with Godzilla joining the rumble games on December 22, 2025.
The newest crossover will introduce Godzilla Survival, a new mode where players have to dodge the kaiju’s explosive attacks on boat cruises. It’s even possible to acquire kaijus like Godzilla through the in-game passes and RSR shop. The developers will continue to provide more updates during the new crossover.
